Posted all over the country including Inverness where he returned for a reunion with RHA. Rid ing Instructor . Member of Montagu Bowls Club. Member of British Legion. Lived in Blythburg h when small then Ipswich when married. Lived in Ormus Cottage Citadel Inverness and then S t Marys Street then 4 Cromwell Square and then 12 Springfield Huntingdon. He does not show u p in the 1901 census and must have been abroad with the army possibly in Africa. Military: J oined Royal Horse Artillery when 14 in 1890. Served in Africa. Riding Instructor. Stationed i n Inverness 1907-1914. Posted to Huntingdon 1914 invalided out from France 1917. Retired at r ank of Regimental Sergeant Major
